I was really proud of our (my) Easter eggs this year. It has been a few months now, but we are kind of on a hard-boiled egg kick at our house. Quinn says, "Mom, can you get the yellow parts so I can eat the white parts." She is very health conscious, and Tim and I end up eating lots of egg yolks.
