Oh, no, no one said that to me. But I did basically say this to Tim when I got "home" from work today. The house was all messy. Not dirty, but messy, you know. I tried to say it nicely like, "You know I really try to clean up as part of bedtime or after they go to bed." And he said, while laying on the couch, "they freaking just went to bed" or something like that. And I argued like a jerk that it had been like 15 minutes, which is plenty of time to use to clean up. And then he talked and I talked and then he said, "I've been cleaning up after them all day." And in that moment as I was storming around the house picking things up to make a point, I realized -- I just became a 50's husband and poor Tim just became a pre-bra-burning-era house wife.
Sorry babe.
But seriously, pick up the house!
