First Raw Dinner

Well, Omar from Omar's Rawtopia inspired me, and tonight I prepared my first raw dinner. All week, I have actually bees totally in the mood for raw food. Hummus, carrot pate, or something else that now I can honestly call "yummy." So even with babies screaming in the back ground, I chopped carrots and zucchini and red pepper. I added bean sprouts, olive oil, cayenne pepper, basil and cumin. I think. I rolled up these veggies into half a collard leaf. And then added line juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, soy sauce, olive oil, almonds, and some other things I can not remember (soy is not raw ...) I used this as the sauce. Yummy! Too much pepper. And I did. It have a couple herbs I needed of the "raw" soy sauce. But i had fun, and I am ready for the next phase of my menu.
