Peep s'mores

After the Easter bunny brought us some Peeps this year, we decided to save them for the cabin. This was our first attempt at the gooy, candied goodness of a roasted peep. They were quite yummy. I thought maybe they were not going to melt at all ... Since I doubt they are still food. But they did. Yum!
