Seems like prepping the house to "show" it will be a lot like a fire evacuation -- except instead of running around the house collecting the things I treasure most and throwing them in the car, I guess I will probably run around the house grabbing a bunch of crap that I don't want a buyer to see and throwing it in the car. Either way I will get really stressed, try not to forget any kids and then drive only as far away as I have too. : ) Here we go! We have another showing tomorrow. I can almost taste Colorado. Thanks so everyone who has been so excited for us to make this big change. I am so Jazzed. Now that the sign is up, it is like, "Seriously ... lets go!"
Also, today I learned it is never a good idea to serve Chocolate muffins or chocolate anything to small children on the say of a house showing. Yikes! I will be sweeping for the rest of my life!!
