New house maybe

So ... That was fast. We might have a new house. It is right off Main Street. It is basically a town home on the back half of a store front thy will probably be an art gallery. It is pretty awesome. Start packing. :)

Pros: Charming building, better heating, no smells, 2 bathrooms instead of 1, amazing roof porch, 360 views, lots of storage, nice little office. New paint. Good price. The neighbor owns the bakery in town. The house feels kind of magical for children. Excited for visitors. A place to be proud of.

Cons: Still only two bedrooms, not on a farm, no yard at all, old oven, on a busier street, not near our beloved new neighbors, we have to move our crap. A little farther from the school (barely, Magical is not always functional. It's purple? But that might be part of the magic.
