GF: chocolate cookies

From my sister:  

Fixed this one up and loved it! Added the salt and changed the temp and cook time. 
  • Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 egg, large
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips (Trader Joe's are the best in my opinion) 
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Cream butter and sugars together. Mix in egg and vanilla, then dry mix plus salt. Add chocolate chips and mix. Place scoops of dough (1 TBSP sized) on parchment lined or greased cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 9-10 minutes. Let cookies cool slightly and use a spatula to remove from cookie sheet.
