So today I decided to document my efforts to get them to eat something that is not sold in an Annie's Mac and Cheese Box.
I had the falafel mix and three nice plates ready for them when they got off the bus. I taught them to make falafel balls and how to carefully place the balls in the oil.
The falafel took 2 minutes to cook, and it took the kids an hour to eat it.
