Quinn: "Can you check this? And you really pay attention to what the question is saying because sometimes I get it wrong even when you check it."
Me: "oh, yeah, sorry, that must have been dad."
Quinn: "well, it was you one time for sure."
Me: "oh, sorry, yeah it's because I don't care about your math homework."
But then I DID pay attention and found two mistakes and it felt nice to out that smug little monster in her place.
Also all the parents that complain about common core math are crazy. There is plenty of corruption in common core politics to worry about ... No need to cry over arrays.

Please don't bring any math homework to Palos Verdes over your Christmas visit. I can't help. Set theory was tough enough in the 7th grade. This stuff just plain sux.
