Texas Ouch!!

The wrath of the birthday Texas sheet cake is upon me! My stomach hurts and who knows what is going on in there. Hope spinach and green juice are the remedy, but I really pounded that cake -- so good -- so I am sure it will take several days. Yikes! Happy birthday to Quinn. I could have just not eaten any ... Or maybe just one piece -- but where would the b-day in have been in that?! Lol

But Quinn loved her cake. I found a recipe online. I also make cake balls out of white cake, white chocolate and a mix of Greek yogurt and white frosting and tried I make the balls look like a beaded necklace on her cake at her little beading party. She loved it, and the kiddos asked for seconds. I should have sent everyone home with a doggy bag.... And saves myself the problem from above. Oops!!
