Dinner: Pinto Mexican Salad

1. Greens
2. Pinto beans -- 2 cups, soak and cook. Chile powder, onion, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, then add after cooked Anaheim Pepper, honey, butter, salt, pepper, more chile powder, hot sauce.
3. Rice -- 1 cup uncooked, 2 cups water, juice from one lime, salt, corn.
4. Ranch -- ranch powder, sour cream, rice milk
5. Sliced avocado and sprouts
6. Chips

Pile high and enjoy
