New Focus

In a hand quest to clean up and revitalize my relationships with my children after the worlds worst pregnancy, birth, and move, I decided I needed a little one in one time with my girls.

I started last week by checking each girl out of school for a "mommy, me (and Charlie) date." I started with Kenna and she was so surprised and so jazzed to see me an Charlie in her school office to pick her up. We got smoothies and headed to get pedicures. Later in the day, I took Kenna back and picked up Quinn. She too chose nails, and then we headed out to lunch. It was nice. Really nice. Looking forward to making this a twice a year surprise tradition.
