The Fellow Christmas Eve Sledding Adventure 2009

Success. After 6 years of marriage in Utah, we finally went sledding. As I mentioned before, I have worked hard this month to get everyone the proper attire for outdoor winter adventures. Then, Tim got the sleds. We piled in the car on Christmas Eve morning and almost drove off a small cliff trying to find the perfect sledding hill. We eventually made it to the hill and had a great time. You'll notice we had some good laughs. Hopefully this is just the first of many winter adventures from now on.

Tim worked hard pulling Quinn up the mountain. She kept getting made at him because she wanted to do it all by herself. She wasn't quite grasping the fact that you have to be on a hill to sled. She was pretty happy just sitting in the sled.

Our Hill was pretty steep. The first few times we sprayed ourselves with some major snow. But that didn't stop us!

Getting the snow out of Quinn's face after a major fast run.

Taking a break and relaxing at the top of the hill.

Alpine, Utah

Avery McKenna mostly sat at the top of the hill. She's still learning to sit up on her own, so it was a little tricky.

Here comes Mommy and Quinny!

Quinn is going after Daddy with a snow ball.

Enjoying the view.

I put Kenna down at the bottom of the hill to take a quick video of Tim and Quinn coming down. One minute she fussed and then the next she was fast asleep ... her nose to her knees. We left after this, but she didn't stir for 3 hours!!

I put her on the sled to carry her to the car.

Quinn was tired too.

Merry Christmas!
