Day 1

I feel horrible. I've never been this tired in my life. I say that a lot, but not usually at 9:20 am. I had a pretty horrible night sleep. We put the girls in cribs and on the floor up stairs, and Tim and I slept on a hide away bed in the front room. Worse bed ever. I felt like the previous owners or generations of precious owners were laughing at me. It should have met its date decades ago. I rolled into the middle, which was nice to be by my man. But my body could not ever relax at a 45 degree angle. Anyway, I'm so tired. You can not be tired on unmoving day. It starts to look a lot like:
What do we do next?
Fees them?
Oh, yeah.
We have 2 apples sauce cups.
We dot have spoons.
Can they use chips?
To scoop?
Yeah.
Good idea.

And on and on. We have a plan for most of the day. Tim brings stuff in, and I unpack it. And Tim will stop at a house and buy a craigslist area rug. The floors are pretty dirty. A Mop and a broom are on the top our shopping list, but i cant help but feel like the kids know we think it is dirty and are using that to get the upper hand. Like Lizza was just walking about the house picking up stuff and licking it all over like a 10 year old boy would ditto claim that the Legos are his. I was too tired to scream, which is good because screaming never helps.

The kids are playing a game this morning called "we're moving." They are packing up their stuff. At first it looked more like cleaning and straighten, which was, of course, a welcome service. But now it is quite clear that they are re packing most of last nights conquests. Once they finished packing kid stuff, they moved on to my stuff. Sigh.

Wait -- breaking new. During "we're moving" Quinn found a spoon. Not we are in business. Maybe it was a answer the prayer. About 10 minutes we knelt for family prayer, and Quinn there this in at the end, "oh, and please bless we will have food for breakfast." Those apple sauce cups are in business!!
